Champagne
Individually fermented in the bottle by "Methode Champenoise", this classic champagne is produced from Seyval Blanc grapes. It is fermented to complete dryness, then a dosage is added making it a brut champagne. A champagne suitable for an intimate dinner of two as well as for a formal event.
A rose wine made from Marechal Foch, a red wine grape. Since the pigment of most red wines grapes is contained entirely in the skins, rose wine may be made from them, provided the juice of such grapes can be extracted with out picking up any pigment. It is obtained by using free run drawn off after the first gentle pressing. It has more body than the Blanc de Blancs. This pale, pink, semi-sweet champagne lends itself for festive occasions.
A white champagne fermented dry "Methode Champenoise". It has the distinct taste of the Riesling variety and is a naturel champagne. Perfect for those individuals that prefer a bone dry champagne. |
